TERMS & CONDITIONS
GENERAL RULES for both Exhibitors and Attendees:
In order to participate at the OHM Expo, Applicant must accept all copies of this Contract Application properly executed by an authorized company representative. By purchasing a Booth and/or Presentation Slot the Applicant(s) accept the terms of this Contract. The producers of the OHM Expo and MAGE will use its reasonable discretion to assign space at the Exhibition to Applicant, taking into account available space and application date. The producers of the MAGE, does not guarantee the Applicant will be assigned the space applied for. In the event the space applied for is not available to Applicant because of seniority of other applicants or for any other reason, the Producers of the OHM Expo may assign similar space at other locations to Applicant and if occasion shall occur, Applicant must comply and accept such space. MAGE reserves the right to rearrange the floor plan and/ or relocate exhibits in the best interest of the total exhibition.
Payments are non-refundable and non transferable after booth assignment. Applicant agrees to pay for the full price of booth at the time of application submission. Costs required to be paid by Applicant under this Contact Application, including but not limited to space rents and any addition equipment (i.e. tables, chairs, electricity, ect…). If Applicant fails to pay such fees, charges or costs on or before their due dates, MAGE shall be entitled to terminate and remove Applicant from the trade show and reassign booth space to another applicant.
Payments for ticket sales & RSVP's to expo workshops and special events are non-refundable once purchased. All sales are final.
A late fee will apply to any add ons, included by not limited to extra chairs, tables, and/or electricity, requested by Applicant fourteen (14) days or sooner to Event Day(s).
MAGE MUST RECEIVE WRITTEN NOTIFICATION OF CANCELLATION BY REGISTERED OR CERTIFIED MAIL. Registered postmark of cancellation notice of space will determine the date such notice is given.
USE OF SPACE:
Applicant shall not assign, sublet or share the space allotted without the prior knowledge and prior written consent of MAGE. Applicant must show only goods manufactured or dealt in by it in the regular course of business. Only firms or organizations assigned exhibit space may solicit business within their assigned exhibit area. Booth or display structures must comply with specific dimensions and restrictions spelled out in material provided by MAGE. Equipment displays and booth structures must not exceed into the aisle in such a way to obstruct traffic or visibility of adjacent booths. Display material exposing an unfinished surface to neighboring exhibitors is not permitted and must be finished at the exhibitor’s expense.
Exhibitors operating sound producing instruments, devices, and/or equipment must keep sound at a reasonable volume that of a normal speaking voice, in order to avoid disturbing other exhibitors. Sound and noise should not exceed 60 decibels when measured from the perimeter of the booth space at the nearest point to the source of sound or noise. Exhibitors use of public address systems, radio broadcasts, and other devices used solely to attract attention by sound are prohibited, unless otherwise specified in writing by show management. Show management reserves the right to regulate and/or restrict sound and electricity to any exhibitor who violates this rule.
MAGE reserves the right to restrict or prohibit exhibits which are determined in their sole discretion, to be objectionable because of noise, method of operation, materials or for any reasons which may relate to, among other things, persons, things, conduct, or printed material. MAGE may also restrict or prohibit with or without giving cause, any exhibit in their opinion that may distract from the general character of the Exhibition as a whole. In the event of such restriction or prohibition, MAGE shall not be liable for any refunds or other exhibit expenses. Applicant shall comply with all show rules & guidelines.
EXHIBITOR SPACE MUST BE MANNED FOR THE FULL DURATION OF THE EVENT. EARLY BREAKDOWN IS PROHIBITED AND VIOLATORS MAY NOT BE ALLOWED IN FUTURE SHOWS.
Applicant is responsible for labor, equipment, and services (other than general lighting and air-conditioning) ordered at the request of the Applicant from service contractors, such as electricians, decorators, shippers, material handling companies, and all other services and goods.
Applicant agrees to pay promptly for any and all damages to the exhibition building or its equipment, incurred through carelessness or otherwise, caused by the Applicant, their employees, agents, contractors, and representatives. At the end of the Exhibition Applicant agrees to surrender the exhibit space back to MAGE. Applicant shall return the space to MAGE in the same condition as when Applicant received it. Applicant acknowledges that MAGE does not maintain insurance covering damage, destruction, or loss of Applicants property. Accordingly, it is the sole responsibility of Applicant to obtain business interruption, property damage and other insurance to cover such losses. Fire, theft, and liability insurance, if so desired, must be placed by the Applicant at their own expense.
Neither Facility, nor MAGE will be responsible for the safety of Applicants against robbery, fire, water, or accident or any other cause. If loss by theft occur, cooperation of the Applicant is requested in reporting it immediately to Facility Security and MAGE.
Code of Conduct:
All exhibitors and presenters of the OHM Expo must up hold a level of professionalism and respect for attendees, volunteers, staff and the OHM Expo Team. Under no circumstances will rude, ill-willed and disrespectful behavior be tolerated. If a exhibitor and/or presenter displays such behavior:
(a) leading up the event day(s) - OHM Expo Management reserves the right to not allow the exhibitor and or presenter to exhibit and/or present at the reserved show.
(b) at the show - OHM Expo Management reserves the right to immediately escort the offender off the premises and will be welcomed back until promptly at the end of the show to break down their booth and gather their belongings.
Reservation fees are NON-REFUNABLE, and refunds will not be issued - if the exhibitor and/or presenter displays such behaviors.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY:
Neither MAGE nor its employees, agents or representatives will be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur to the person, property or business of Applicant or its guest, invitees, employees or agents from any cause whatsoever. Applicant expressly holds harmless and releases the aforementioned from any and all claims from such loss, damage, or injury.
IN NO EVENT WILL MAGE BE LIABLE IN ANY ACTION PREDICATED ON A CLAIM THAT MAGE HAS FAILED TO PERFORM HERE UNDER (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ACTIONS ARISING OUT OF THE POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATION OF THE SHOW) FOR ANY OF THE APPLICANTS LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, EVEN IF MAGE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSSES OR DAMAGES. IN ANY EVENT MAGE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF ANY KIND OF LEGAL CLAIM (WHETHER IN TORT, CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE) IN CONNECTION WITH THE SHOW WILL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE PAID BY THE APPLICANT TO RENT THE SPACE.
Applicant will protect, indemnify, defend, save harmless MAGE, its contractors and employees against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, government charges, and costs (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of, caused by, or related to (1) Applicants installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy, or use of the exhibition premises, or any part thereof; (2) any action or omission to act of Applicant or its guests, invitees, employees, agents, or contractors; (3) the use of patent or trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights owned by a third party; (4) any breech by an Applicant of its obligations under this Contract Application.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF EXHIBITION:
If the premises in which the exhibition is conducted become unfit for occupancy or substantially interfered with due to any cause not reasonably in the control of MAGE, the Exhibition at the sole discretion of MAGE, can be canceled or moved to another appropriate location and/or date. MAGE, shall not be responsible for delays, damage, loss, increased cost or other unfavorable conditions arising out of causes not reasonably within control of MAGE including without limitation to, fire, casualty, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, accident, blockage, embargo, inclement weather, government restraints, act of public enemy or civil disturbance, impairment or lack of adequate transportation, inability to secure sufficient labor, technical or other personnel, municipal, state, or federal laws, or acts of God. Should MAGE cancel the Exhibition pursuant to the provisions of this section, refunds less incurred event costs will be issued, Applicant waives claims for damages arising thereof.
COMPLIANCE WITH RULES:
Applicant assumes all responsibility for compliance with all show rules and pertinent ordinance, regulations and codes of duty authorized local, state and federal Government bodies concerning fire, safety, and health, together with the rules and regulations of operations and owners of the property in which the Exhibition is held. Any Applicant not complying with rules ordinances, regulations, codes, after the giving of notice on noncompliance and reasonable opportunity to cure, will be required to dismantle their exhibit and vacate the premise forthwith. In such event, no refund will be given and MAGE will not be responsible for damages incurred by Applicant.
All electrical wiring on booths/displays and equipment must conform to federal, state, municipal, and other applicable codes or laws. Only contractors approved by MAGE will be permitted to work in the exhibition premises.
These items constitute the entire agreement between Applicant, and MAGE, and such agreement may not be modified except in writing. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, it is to that extent deemed omitted and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This Application/Contract will be construed in accordance with state law, as it applies to contracts entered into and performed completely within the State where the show is taking place.

Exhibitors must check in no later than 1 hour prior to doors being open to the public on Day 1, to pick up Vendor Badges.
Exhibitor set up the day prior to doors opening to the public from 12pm-3pm. Please check the landing page of ohmexpo.net to see the hours of the show.
Please bring your own cart, the hall does not have any available.
You will be able to get into the building at 8:30am on Day 2 to refresh your booth before we open to the public.
On Saturday after the show ends, you will have until 9pm to be out of the hall, no exceptions! On Sunday evening, you will have until 9pm to tear your booth down.
All Booths, with the exception of Reader Booths do not come with tables and chairs. You are welcomed and encouraged to bring your own. All Reader Booth tables are not draped, you may leave it as such or bring your own unique table cloth!
Please do not burn any candles or incense, it is considered a fire hazard and a violation with the facility.

If purchasing a presentation/lecture slot You have seven (7) days from purchase to contact us to schedule your preferred time.
**important: please provide a high-resolution photo, title of lecture/yoga discourse/sound healing and/or speaking engagement, and a short (20-word max) description.If you fail to schedule and/or not follow thru with the above request within seven (7) days of purchase, you may not not be advertised on the black and white listing if the OHM Expo show guide, event schedule on the website and/or physical schedule at the show.
(We will not accept the presentation form 1 week prior to the show, therefore any submissions after the stated date will not be promoted on the website and physical event schedule at the event) We want you to be promoted, so send us the presentation questionnaire back to us as soon as possible!!
A parking fee of $8 to park at the venue. There is street parking available around the venue (please read the appropriate parking signs). **Remember to bring a cart!
